Method

  • 1. Preheat a pan and add oil. Chop onions and fry until transparent.

  • 2. Add minced meat to pan and fry until cooked.

  • 3. Pour meat stock into the pan to make the filling juicy, but not runny.

  • 4. Put a tablespoon of the filling in the middle of each blini. Fold blini like an envelope and fry until golden brown on both sides.

    • 500g Minced Beef
    • 1 Large Onion
    • 2 Tbsp Oil
    • 100 ml Beef Stock
