Preparation
Chop onions
Slice mushrooms
Cooking
Fry onions until soft
Add mushroom
Salt and pepper
Cook until mushrooms are soft (quite a long time)
Add water, if the mixture gets dry
To make the sauce (Can make either thick or thin sauce)
Melt marg in a saucepan
Remove from heat and add flour
Stir until smooth
Return to medium/low heat and add liquid
Stir continuously
Mix the white sauce in with the mushroom mixture and reheat before serving
