Summer Smoked Trout Salad

Ingredients
- 4 large fillets of smoked trout skinned
- 225g asparagus tips cut in ½
- 2 cups shelled fresh or frozen peas
- 2 courgettes sliced in circles
- 200g fresh blueberries or raspberries
- 225g bag of mixed salad leaves
- 2 tbsp Dressing: mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
