Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

• 2/3 Cup Flour sifted
• ½ Tsp Baking Powder
• ¼ Tsp Salt
• 1/3 Cup Butter
• 2 ozs Dark Chocolate
• 1 Cup Sugar
• 2 Eggs Beaten

Method

1. Into a bowl sift together the sifted flour, baking powder and salt.

2. Melt butter and chocolate in a small bowl over hot water

3. Beat eggs. Add sugar to eggs a little at a time, beating well.

4. Blend in the chocolate and butter mixture. Stir in flour mixture, blending well.

5. Spread brownie mixture onto a greased and floured 8-inch square pan. Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes.

6. Cool in pan and cut into squares and enjoy.
