Banana Custard Split

Method

  • Chop the Toblerone bar coarsely. Set a side. Chop the pistachios nuts. Also set a side. Spoon equal pools of custard on to four or five dessert plates. Slice each banana length-wise and place it in a pool of custard. Sprinkle with the chopped Toblerone and pistachio nuts on top and serve.
  • Ingredients

    • 1 100 g  dark or milk Toblerone bar
    • 4 tbsp.  pistachio nuts
    • 1 500 g  tub of chilled custard
    • 4 or 5  bananas
