Banana Flambe

1. Slice a banana long ways and wrap each one in foil to create a parcel

2. Slice some mars bars into small pieces and lay in the middle of the banana.

3. Pour on some rum (optional and quantity is up to you)

4. Wrap the foil parcel up and place on the BBQ when all the main course has finished and cook while your're eating your burgers

this is a great recipe and so easy to make.i made these for my niece and nephew and they loved them!!

sometimes i just wrap i tin foil and slice the banana and put whatever chocolate i have in the house - let me know what you do next summer!

Delicious! This is a family favourite in my house. We use fudge bars or whatever chocolate is hiding in the cupboard, served with ice cream. It's a great way to use up a glut of brown bananas too.
