1) Slash the chicken, without going through to the bone, and place it in a large dish
Mix the remaining ingredients together, pour over the chicken, cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours - or overnight
2) Remove the excess marinade from the chicken, cook the chicken on a hot barbecue - until it is cooked through
3) Pour the leftover marinade into the saucepan and boil it until it is reduced to a thick sauce
4) Serve with salad, chips, rice
5) Call your friends and get them over!
