Method

  • 1. Put chocolate, coffee powder, breadcrumbs & sugar in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  • 2. Whip the cream until soft peaks are formed.
  • 3. Spread layers of the chocolate mix and cream in a glass bowl, or individual wine glasses, starting with chocolate and finishing with cream.
  • 4. Leave in fridge overnight before serving, then decorate with chocolate flakes.

    • 4 oz Fresh White Breadcrumbs
    • 4 oz Demerara Sugar

    • 1 Chocolate Flake to Decorate
