Put six coffee biscuits in a bowl and pour over mixture of coffee and baileys. As soon as it starts absorbing take out and layer on the bottom of a flan dish for presentation. Continue process (six biscuits at a time) until biscuit base is complete. Cover base with custard mixture and smooth over with whipped cream. Place the large Cadbury's flake on top.
