Finely chop the tomatoes, onion, avocado and coriander – then mix all together in a bowl.
Heat up frying pan – throw in tablespoon of olive oil.
Chop the chicken breasts into small slices
Throw into frying pan – cook on high heat until whitened
Then, whilst still frying, sprinkle teaspoon of turmeric over the chicken slices (should get a nice golden covering over them)
Cook for a further 4 – 5 minutes
When this is done, put the chicken slices in a bowl.
Heat a clean frying pan to high heat – heat the tortillas on either side for about one minute.
Once heated, you then need to wrap the tortillas. Lay them out, then fill each with the chicken, salsa and a spoonful of crème fraiche. Fold over the sides and bottom – then eat!
