Method

  • 1. Put the pasta onto boil.

  • 2. Start to brown off the chicken and grill the bacon until crispy.

  • 3. Drain the penne and mix in the crème fraiche and the pesto

  • 4. Put the penne in a bowl and place diced chicken on top

  • 5. Sprinkle with crispy bacon and the parmesan cheese

    • 250g Chicken Cubes
    • 4 Rashers of Bacon
    • 100g Penne pasta
    • Tub Crème Fraiche
    • Jar Green Pesto
    •  Parmesan Cheese Shavings

    This reminds me of my days as a university student. The budget was tight but we ate well. I made this for everyone in the flat in the first year.
