Method

  • Brown the sausages in a frying pan till nice and golden, chop all veg, and fry onions and garilc for couple of minutes. Cut sausages into pieces (can serve whole) and add all the ingredients into large casserole dish, add fave herbs & spices. Give a good stir if too dry add some water to mix and cook in medium oven for about an hour or until veg are cooked through. Serve with mash, rice or pasta.

    • 8 good quality sausages
    • 2 carrotts
    • 1 onion
    • 1 clove garlic
    • 1 green pepper
    • 1 courgette
    • 1 tin of chopped tomatoes
    • 2 tbsps tomato puree or ketchup
    • Dash worcester sauce
    • to taste Salt/Pepper
