Wash, trim and slice the strawberries length-wise. Set aside. Divide the tub of Greek yoghurt between 4 bowls. Spoon the strawberries over top. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over each serving, then sprinkle each with 2 tablespoons of pine nuts. Serve.
