Strawberries with Greek Yoghurt, Honey and Pine Nuts

Ingredients

• 500 g  punnet of strawberries
• 500 g  tub of Greek yoghurt
• 4 tbsp. honey
• 8 tbsp. pine nuts.

Method

Wash, trim and slice the strawberries length-wise. Set aside. Divide the tub of Greek yoghurt between 4 bowls. Spoon the strawberries over top. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over each serving, then sprinkle each with 2 tablespoons of pine nuts. Serve.
