Method

  • 1. Melt butter and mix broken biscuits into it.

  • 2. Put into a cake tin and place in fridge to set.

  • 3. Mix the sugar and cheese well,whip the cream and mix into the cheese/sugar mix.

  • 4. Spread over the biscuits and put into fridge to set.
  • Tips

    • I put a little ginger and dessicated coconut into the base.
      I put lemon zest into the topping and grate mixed nuts over the top.

    • I use this recipe as a quick base recipe.
      As for method, 'tis easy.
      Melt butter and mix broken biscuits int it.
      Put into a cake tin and place in fridge to set.
      Mix the sugar and cheese well,whip the cream and mix into the cheese/sugar mix.
      Spread over the biscuits and put into fridge to set.
      I put a little ginger and dessicated coconut into the base.
      I put lemon zest into the topping and grate mixed nuts over the top.
