- 1/2 cup (125 ml) butter
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) water orange juice sherry or brandy
- 1 cup (250 ml) evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) butter
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
