Method

  • 1. Cut the chicken into small sized/fair-sized slices.

  • 2. Cut the celery into coarse strips.

  • 3. Line the bowl/plate with lettuce leaves and shred the rest of the lettuce.

  • 4. Cut the eggs in half and then in quaters.

  • 5. Mix the shredded lettuce, chicken and celery with the mayonnaise or salad cream and place it in the centre of the bowl. Decorate with the quaters of eggs.

    • ½ lb. cold chicken
    • ½ head celery
    • 1 lettuce
    • ½ cup mayonnaise dressing or salad cream
    • 2 hard boiled eggs
