1. Cut the chicken into small sized/fair-sized slices.
2. Cut the celery into coarse strips.
3. Line the bowl/plate with lettuce leaves and shred the rest of the lettuce.
4. Cut the eggs in half and then in quaters.
5. Mix the shredded lettuce, chicken and celery with the mayonnaise or salad cream and place it in the centre of the bowl. Decorate with the quaters of eggs.
