Method

  • Cut the fish into strips. Beat the egg on a plate. Mix the breadcrumbs and parmesan on another plate. Dip the fish strips into the egg and roll in the crumbs until well coated. Put on a plate, cover and chill for at least 30mins.

  • Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the fish strips a few at a time and cook for 3-4mins, turning several times until golden brown.

    • 40g Fresh White breadcrumbs
    • 1tbsp Grated parmesan
    • 1tbsp Sunflower oil
