Method

  • Put the berries into a suacepan together with the icing sugar and cook over a gentle heat for a few minutes until the fruit is soft and mushy. Puree the fruit and seive, then stir in the yoghurt. Pour into ice-lolly moulds and freeze.

    • 50g Raspberries
    • 50g Strawberries
    • 50g Blueberries
    • 50g Blackberries
    • 1 ½ Tablespoons Icing Sugar
    • 150g Raspberry Yoghurt
