Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
- 3 oz. cocoa
- 2 oz. flour
- 4 oz. butter
- few drops of vanilla
- 1 oz. ground rice
- 3 oz. caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
Method
- 1. Cream the butter and sugar, dissolve cocoa in a little milk, then mix with butter. After, add the yolks one at a time and beat well.
2. Mix the flour and rice together, stirring the mixture. Lastly, add the whites of eggs whipped to a stiff froth. Pour into a well-greased cake tin.
3. Bake in a moderate oven for 15 minutes.
This is just the cake with no icing.
