Spicy Bacon and Mushroom Pasta Bake

i like this recipe because my wife finally let me cook for her for and this is what i put together out of our cupboards and fridge

Method

cook the pasta till soft in salted water while the pasta is cooking cut up the bacon and cook in a hot pan while the bacon is cooking peel and cut up the onion and cut the mushrooms add them to the pan when bacon is 3/4 cooked open up the jar of pasta sauce and grate the garlic into the jar then shake if you like it spicy then get a spicy sauce and add chilli's if not just get a normal sauce and skip the chilli's when pasta is cooked drain off and place half in to a oven proof dish pour over half the sauce from the jar then add contants of frying pan to the dish add the other half of the jar and stir it all together then add the rest of the pasta place some cold water in the jar to rinse it out and place it on top of the contants of the dish then grate the cheese over the top place in a preheated oven at 180c for 35 minutes serve with garlic bread or what ever you want
