Spinach & Prawn Arrriabata with Tagliatelli

The Basics

Ingredients

  • 2pks Jumbo raw prawns
  • 1 tub Fresh arriabata pasta sauce
  • 1 bag Fresh Tagliatelli pasta
  • 1 bag Spinach
  • 1tsp Lazy Garlic (optional)
  • 1tsp Lazy Chilli (optional)

Method

~If using extra chilli & garlic fry in a little oil and add Prawns. (If not just add prawns and sauce and simmer)
~Cook until pink and covered in chillies and add sauce.
~Add spinach a little at a time until it's reduced.
~Simmer for 10 min or until pasta is cooked.
~Drain pasta and drizzle a little oil over and stir to coat the pasta.
~Plate the pasta and arrange the prawns in the sauce over the top, add parmasan to taste.

tip: serve with Tesco Finest ciabbatta garlic bread.

if you like seafood, try it with tesco mixed seafood, it's normally near the prawns and 2 for a fiver. I get 1 prawn and 1 mixed seafood.
