Method

  • Put all ingredients together in a blender / bowl, blend till of smoothie texture - ENJOY!
  • Ingredients

    • 3 cups Low Fat Milk Soya Milk or Milk Substitute
    • 1 Banana
    • 1 cup Fresh Blueberries (washed)
    • 0.5 cup mixed fruits (washed) ie: raspberries strawberries tayberries logan berries
    • 2 tablespoons flaxseeds or linseeds
    • 1 tablespoon cinnamon (or try nutmeg)
