Method

  • For the caramel souce:
  • Heat a pudding dish and put 2 sugar tsp into it.
  • Let the sugar melts and when it gets into a dark color remove it from fire.
  • For the Flan:
  • Break the eggs into a large bowl and beat and then strain them.
  • Add the beaten eggs to the 4 tbs sugar and milk mixture, while stirring.
  • Empty the contents of bowl into a pudding dish.
  • Heat the oven at 200 ÂșC, and keep the pudding dish, in a pan of water, in the oven. Bake the pudding for about 30 minutes.
  • Serve the egg pudding with the caramel sauce

    • 4 eggs
    • 4 tsp sugar
    • 1ltr Milk
    • 2 tsp sugar
