Method

  • 1. Break digestives up into crumbs and mix with butter in microwave to make the base.

  • 2. Whip up the cream. Add condensed milk and mix. Squeeze the two lemons, add juice slowly to cream and condensed milk, stirring slowly.

  • 3. Add mixture to base, place in fridge. You can add a flake on top, crumbled up to decorate.

    • 12 digestive biscuits
    • 3 oz butter
    • 10 fl oz cream
    • 2 lemons
    •  condensed milk from tin
    •  crumbled flake (optional)
