Method
1. Break digestives up into crumbs and mix with butter in microwave to make the base.
2. Whip up the cream. Add condensed milk and mix. Squeeze the two lemons, add juice slowly to cream and condensed milk, stirring slowly.
3. Add mixture to base, place in fridge. You can add a flake on top, crumbled up to decorate.

- 12 digestive biscuits
- 3 oz butter
- 10 fl oz cream
- 2 lemons
- condensed milk from tin
- crumbled flake (optional)
