Method

  • Put all ingredients into a large breakfast bowl, add milk and top with natural yoghurt - I have mine with honey.

  • Very healthy, delicious, and keeps me going till lunchtime!

    Ingredients

    • 8 tablespoons Muesli (basic from a packet - as healthy / organic as possible)
    • 4 dried apricots chopped
    • 2 tablespoons raisins
    • handful banana chips dried
    • 0.5 apple chopped
    • 6 strawberries chopped
    • handful blueberries
    • 0.5 cup milk
    • 4-5 tablespoons natural / organic yoghurt
    • 1 tablespoon linseeds - for added crunch and health boost
