Healthy Muesli with Fresh Fruit and Yoghurt
Method
Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons Muesli (basic from a packet - as healthy / organic as possible)
- 4 dried apricots chopped
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- handful banana chips dried
- 0.5 apple chopped
- 6 strawberries chopped
- handful blueberries
- 0.5 cup milk
- 4-5 tablespoons natural / organic yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon linseeds - for added crunch and health boost

mmmm...A delicious breakfast, which gave me loads of energy to get me through the morning at the gym...i recommend this for active people :)
