- ½ tbsp margarine or oil for greasing
- 3 eggs
- 170g icing sugar
- 1.5 tsp vanilla sugar
- 375g eating apples peeled cored and grated
- 55g raisins
- 150g plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 55g walnuts chopped
- FOR THE CHOCOLATE TOPPING:
- 75g plain chocolate
- 37g margarine
- 1 tbsp apricot
- 1 tbsp apricot or raspberry jam
