Method

  • PUT FIRST 6 INGREDIENTS INTO A MAGIMIX OR SOMETHING SIMILAR AND MIX UNTIL SMOOTH.

  • POUR THE BOILING WATER OVER THE CHOPPED DATES, ADD THE BICARB OF SODA AND ADD THIS TO THE MIXTURE. ZAP AGAIN UNTIL ALL MIXED TOGETHER.

  • GREASE DISH AND POUR IN MIXTURE.

  • BAKE IN PRE-HEATED OVEN ON 160C FOR 35-40 MINS..... SO EASY!

  • TOPPING:
  • MELT ALL INGREDIENTS (EITHER ON THE HOB OR IN THE MICROWAVE - I THINK HOB'S BETTER!) AND POUR ONTO A PRE-PRICKED PUDDING! ALTERNATIVELY, YOU CAN SERVE SEPARATELY AS A SAUCE.

    • 1 TSPN BICARD. OF SODA

    • 3 OZ BUTTER/TOMOR
    • 4/5 TBLSPNS CREAM/PAREV
    • 5 OZ BROWN SUGAR
