1 - Make up the pizza dough as per instructions on the box.
While the dough is resting, start to prepare all the pizza toppings. Cut the ingredients into thin slices so that they cook quickly.
Put all the toppings in to individual bowls so that little hands can easily choose what they add to their pizza.
When the dough is ready, divide into 4 and kneed to form a circle. Spoon over some tomato sauce - you can use good quality tomato pasta sauce from a jar for this, I make my own adding extra veg such as carrot/pepper/garlic & onions (recipe soon to be added).
Then everyone can start pilling on their toppings. Don't forget the cheese. Children love choosing their own favourites, it's a great way to get everyone excited about cooking!
Bake at gas mark 7 -220c for 15-20 mins
Lovely with a mixed salad.

I love making this with my children. It's a great way to get them in the kitchen and they really enjoy getting to choose what goes on their pizza.
They are so proud when it comes out of the oven and they know they made it.
