Method

  • Pre heat oven gas mark 6/200C
  • Cut pear quarters into large chunks. Stir in blue berries and transfer the fruit to a shallow ovenproof dish. Pour over the orange juiceand scatter over chocolate pieces.

  • In a food processor whizz flour and butter together briefly. Tip into a mixing bowl and stir in the oats and sugar. Sprinkle crumble over fruit and bake until the top is golden or the bottom is bubbling hot.

    • I decided to look for a recipe using pears so I could use some of the pears from our pear tree!! I came across this one and being a chocolate lover decided to give it a go....I was not dissapointed!!! Great recipe for a really nice pudding!! Will definatly be making this one again!!

    • 100g belgian chocolate chopped into pieces
    • 170g plain flour
    • 85g rolled oats
    • 100g butter
