1 Prepare the fillets on a piece of silver foil, with a knob of butter one ach, covered in silver foil and placed in the oven on a medium / high heat.
2) Cook the pasta in boiling water as per instructions on the packet.
3) Open the packet of mixed salad and place in a salad bowl. Remove the skin from the avocado and take out the stone. Cut it into small pieces and add to the salad bowl. Sprinkle on the seeds. Add a dash of oloive oil and some freshly squeezed lemon juice.
4) When the pasta is ready, drain it and transfer to a warmed serving dish. Add a tablespoon or two of pesto sauce and gently mix it in with the pasta.
5 Remove the cooked fish from the oven and serve with the pasta.
