1- Break your eggs into a large dish and beat well.
2- Heat the butter in a pan.
3 -Dip the slices of bread in the egg making sure it is completely coated, one slice at a time, place in the frying pan until they are crisp and golden.
Eat the eggy bread while it is hot wit sugar or syrup sprinkled on top.
You can also serve this with savoury items like ham/cheese etc.
Delicious served with some fresh berries or bananas for a more substantial meal.
