Method
1. Mix flour, baking powder and cardamon powder.
2. Add in ghee. Mix.
3. Add in condensed milk. Mix.
4. Form small gulab jamoune and deep fry on medium heat.
5. Prepared sugar syrup. Boil water and sugar on low fire.
6. After frying the gulab, soak in syrup.
7. Serve.

- 2 tsp cardamon (elaiti) powder
