Method

  • 1. Mix flour, baking powder and cardamon powder.
  • 2. Add in ghee. Mix.
  • 3. Add in condensed milk. Mix.
  • 4. Form small gulab jamoune and deep fry on medium heat.
  • 5. Prepared sugar syrup. Boil water and sugar on low fire.
  • 6. After frying the gulab, soak in syrup.
  • 7. Serve.

    • 1 tin condensed milk
    • 2 tbs ghee
    • 2 ½ cup flour
    • 3 tsp baking powder
    • 2 tsp cardamon (elaiti) powder
    •  
    • SUGAR SYRUP
    • 1 ½ cup sugar
    • 5 cardamons
    • 1 cup water
