1 - Mix the lemon juice, salt and olive oil in a large bowl, taste and add more oil, salt if needed.
2 - Add the cabbage and mix well, ensuring all the cabbage is well coated. Set aside for a few minutes for the cabbage to marinate, this can be kept in the fridge for a couple of hours until you need it.
Tastes lovely with grilled meats as an addition to homemade kebabs.
