Method
1. Break the eggs into a dish and beat them well.
2. Heat the butter and oil in a frying pan. It should be hot, but not smoking.
3. Soak the Bread in the egg for about a minute (don't forget to turn it over). Let the extra egg drain back into the dish.
4. Fry the bread on both sides until it is golden brown.
5. Top it with jam or, mix Cinamon and sugar together and sprinkle that on top.
