Method

  • 1. Break the eggs into a dish and beat them well.

  • 2. Heat the butter and oil in a frying pan. It should be hot, but not smoking.

  • 3. Soak the Bread in the egg for about a minute (don't forget to turn it over). Let the extra egg drain back into the dish.

  • 4. Fry the bread on both sides until it is golden brown.

  • 5. Top it with jam or, mix Cinamon and sugar together and sprinkle that on top.
  • Ingredients

    • 4 Thick slices of whtie bread
    • 4 eggs
    • 60g Butter
    • 2 Table spoons Oil
