Method

  • For the cakes. - preheat oven to 190C
  • 1. Mix the butter and sugar until creamy.
  • 2. Add the eggs abd vanilla essence
  • 3. Add the flour and mix thouroughly.
  • 4. Spoon into cupcake cases and cook for 15 mins
  • 5. When cool icing with icing then decorate with fake chocolate crumbled over the top - buttons for the eyes and strawberry sticks for the legs

    • 115g Butter
    • 90g Self raising flour
    • 115g caster sugar
    • 25g cocoa powder
    • few drops vanilla essence
    • 2 eggs
    • 50g chocolate chips

    • FOR THE ICING
    • 60g melted butter
    • 400g icing sugar
    • 2 tabsp hot water
    • few drops vanilla essence
