Spider Chocolate Cupcakes

Chocolate cupcakes or fairy cakes great recipe to decorate with kids

Method

For the cakes. - preheat oven to 190C
1. Mix the butter and sugar until creamy.
2. Add the eggs abd vanilla essence
3. Add the flour and mix thouroughly.
4. Spoon into cupcake cases and cook for 15 mins
5. When cool icing with icing then decorate with fake chocolate crumbled over the top - buttons for the eyes and strawberry sticks for the legs

Chocolate Chips 50g
Eggs 2
Vanilla Essence Few Drops
Cocoa Powder 25g
Caster Sugar 115g
Self Raising Flour 90g
Butter 115g

For the icing

Melted Butter 60g
Icing Sugar 400g
Hot Water 2 Tabsp
Vanilla Essence Few Drops
