Method

  • 1. Put the butter, sugar and syrup in a small pan. Heat them gently until they melt.

  • 2. Take off the heat and mix in the cream. Serve the sauce hot or cold.

    • 90g Brown sugar
    • 2 Tablespoons Golden Syrup
    • 4 Tablespoons Cream
