Ingredients

  • 30g Butter or margarine
  • 90g Brown sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Golden Syrup
  • 4 Tablespoons Cream

Method

1. Put the butter, sugar and syrup in a small pan. Heat them gently until they melt.

2. Take off the heat and mix in the cream. Serve the sauce hot or cold.
