1. Preheat the oven: 180°C/350°C. Lightly grease a muffin pan, that can hold 12 muffins
2. Sift the flours together into a large bowl.
3. Whisk the milk, margarine, egg, vanilla, banana and brown sugar: then add the mixture to the flour
4. Stir gently until it is a combined mixture. Then add the bater to the muffin tray.
5. Bake the muffins for 25 minutes maximum: until they rise. Leave them to cool before serving.
