Ingredients

  • 1 apple chopped
  • 1 oranges chopped
  • 1 small banana chopped
  • 1 pear chopped
  • 1 handful bluberries
  • 1 peach chopped
  • 1 handful grapes
  • 1 small can pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup coconut
  • ½ cup unsalted sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 or 2 cup plain yoghurt

Method


Combine with all ingredients (may need a little more honey to make sweet enough). Refrigerate and serve.
All the fruits are optional, choose what you like!
