1. Preheat oven to Gas 6
2. Roll out pastry and fit into a quiche dish
3. Bake blind using baking parchment and dried beans for 10 minutes
4. Slice the tomatoes
5. Whisk the eggs and add the milk and cream. Mix this together
6. Remove pastry from the oven and take out the beans. Lower the temperature to Gas 3
7. Place tomatoes on the bottom of the pastry case and scatter cheese on top
8. Pour in the egg mixture, but make sure that the cheese stays underneath the surface. Push any floating bits down
9. Cook the quiche in the oven for 45 minutes
10. Cheesy T Quiche: DONE!
