Pasta Pomodoro

A creamy chicken pasta dish inspired by a meal I had in San Francisco...it's named after the restaurant.

Method

1. Soften the Onion in Margerine
2. Add chopped Chicken and Mushroom. Then fry for 1 minute
3. Add Sundried Tomatoes and fry for 1 minute
4. Next add the Basil and Cream before heating through
5. Meanwhile cook your Pasta
6. Serve on top of the Pasta
Enjoy!

Ingredients

Onion ½
Chargrilled Chicken Pieces 1 Packet
Mushrooms (quartered) A Few
Chopped Sundried Tomatoes Approx 7
Cream (single Or Double) ½ Pint
Basil Chopped A Handful
Pasta (of Your Liking) 300g
