Marshmallow and Biscuit Crunch

Method

  • 1. Grease an 18cm (7") round cake tin.
  • 2. Melt the Butter in a saucepan.
  • 3. Crunch the Biscuits roughly leaving quite big pieces. Then stir them into the Butter mix.
  • 4. Next melt the Chocolate in a bowl over a simmering pan of water.
  • 5. Mix the Biscuit mixture and marshmallows in with the melted Chocolate.
  • Enjoy!

    • 300g Milk Chocolate
    • 150g Mini Marshmallows
    • 150g Biscuits (Of your choice)
    • 50g Butter
