Grilled Sea Bass with Garlic Butter

Method

  • 1. Add the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, lemon pepper and salt together in a small bowl. Sprinkle this ont both sides of the sea bass.

  • 2. Add the garlic cloves and the parsley to the butter in a small saucepan: take it off the heat when the butter has melted.

  • 3. Place the fish on the oiled grate in the grill, which needs to be preheated to a high heat. Cook the fish for 7 minutes.

  • 4. Turn fish over and coat it with the garlic butter sauce. Cook for a further 7 minutes.

  • 5. When the fish is cooked, drizzle with the olive oil and serve.

    • 2 pounds sea bass
    • 3 tbsp butter
    • 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tbsp parsley
    • 2 garlic cloves
    • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
    • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
    • ¼ teaspoon paprika
    •  lemon pepper and salt for seasonings
