• Pre heat oven to 200 degrees
• Place skinned chicken breast(s) into a stoneware oven dish
• Put cracked pepper, lemon juice, wine and olive oil over chicken
• Place a basil leaf on top of each chicken breast
• Place dish in oven for 15 mins
• Chop orange pepper into quarters
• After chicken has had 15 mins, add orange pepper slices to dish and place in oven for further 10-15 mins
• Put pan of salted water on to boil
• Depending on how long tagliatelle takes to cook (normally 9-13 mins), place in to cook so coincides with when chicken/pepper is ready
• Stir and lift tagliatelle to stop from sticking.
• Drain tagliatelle and toss in a little pesto sauce
• Chop chicken and pepper into bite size pieces
• Put on top of tagliatelle
• Add salt and pepper to taste
• Eat with a glass of dry white wine!
