Cauliflower Cheese

Basic veg


Wash cauliflower and divide into florets. Steam until tender. For sauce melt butter and stir in flour to make a smooth paste. Whisk in the milk and stir until thickened. Take off heat and add grated cheese.


Cauliflower 175g
Butter 15g
Plain Flour 1 Tbsp
Milk 150ml
Cheddar Or Gruyere 50g
