Ingredients
- 45 ml (3 tbsps) water
- 11.7 g sachet of gelatine
- 395 g can of condensed milk
- 250 g (9 oz) curd cheese
- 75 ml (5 tbsps) fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp finely grated lemon zest
- 1 tsp finely grated lime zest
- 300 ml (1/2 pint) soured cream
- Selection of seasonal fruit prepared
- Whipped cream to serve
