Slimming World Egg and Chips

Method

  • 1. Preheat Oven to as hot as it can go. Peel the potatos and cut into 1cm thick chips.

  • 2. Bring a pan of water to the boil and pop in the chips and par - boil for 3 mins.

  • 3. Drain the chips and shake to rough up the edges.

  • 4. Spray a tray with frylight and add the roughed up chips and bake for 25- 25 mins.

  • 5. After the chips have been in for 10- 15 mins, heat a frypan, spray with frylight and fry the eggs flipping half way through.

  • 6. Gently heat the beans in a pan and serve!

  • Delish!

    • 6 Eggs
    • 500g Baking Potatos
    • 1 Tin Baked Beans
    •  Salt
    •  Pepper
    • 15 Sprays Frylight
