Peel and chop your mango and place in a large bowl (large enough to handle a hand blender!) If you are using the pineapple, add the fresh chunks now, and if using the lime, juice it and add the juice to the bowl.
Blend using a hand blender until it is totally smooth. Carefully pour the fruit puree into lolly moulds (available from most supermarkets during summer months) and place in your freezer overnight or until frozen. These can be kept in the freezer for around 3 months but I find they are always gobbled up long before then!!
This can be adapted with all sorts of fruit, whatever you have available or depending on taste - go wild!
