Method
1. Heat the milk in saucepan over low heat, until it begins to boil.
2. Beat eggs yolk and sugar until creamy. Add the egg mixture into the milk.
3. Sprinkle gelatin over a bit of water in a small bowl, let stand until softened and put into milk.
4. Pour milk mixture into a bowl to cool. Beat egg whites until foamy.
5. Mix the papaya puree and vanilla into the milk mixture and add in the egg whites.
6. Pour the milk mixture into greased molds or metal cups (your choice of size) and refrigerate to set for an hour.
Serve and enjoy.
Ingredients
- 2.5 cups Alpro soya milk or powder milk
- 3 whole Eggs (separated)
- 150g Sugar
- 30g Gelatin, Dissolved In Some Water
- 0.5 cup Papaya Puree
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
