Papaya Milk Pudding

Method

  • 1. Heat the milk in saucepan over low heat, until it begins to boil.

  • 2. Beat eggs yolk and sugar until creamy. Add the egg mixture into the milk.

  • 3. Sprinkle gelatin over a bit of water in a small bowl, let stand until softened and put into milk.

  • 4. Pour milk mixture into a bowl to cool. Beat egg whites until foamy.

  • 5. Mix the papaya puree and vanilla into the milk mixture and add in the egg whites.

  • 6. Pour the milk mixture into greased molds or metal cups (your choice of size) and refrigerate to set for an hour.

  • Serve and enjoy.

    • 2.5 cups Alpro soya milk or powder milk
    • 3 whole Eggs (separated)
    • 150g Sugar
    • 30g Gelatin, Dissolved In Some Water
    • 0.5 cup Papaya Puree
    • 1 tsp. Vanilla
