Method

  • Melt Nutella and peanut butter in the microwave for 20 secs. Don't eat any ,)

  • Crush Weetabix and Ryvita and combine with mix, form into 8 balls around your hazelnuts and place in mini cake cases in the fridge until set.
  • Tips

    • Use 2 hot teaspoons to almost "quinelle" the balls... look it up on YouTube for a video, or else it can get rather messy.

      Each portion is 2 of these Ferrero Rocher which works out to 3pp. Have a look at some of my super-low pp meals to create a balanced supper and you could finish with 4 Ferrero Rocher with a value of 6pp.
